If you have to cancel your appointment please give us as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours. This enables us to make alternative arrangements. In case of your poor attendance history (failures to attend or late cancellations) no more appointments may be offered.

In case of failing to attend your private treatment the practice will charge £20.00 per 20 minutes, failed to attend fee to cover the time reserved for your treatment.
