My family and I have received dental care from Mrs Samways for many years now and we couldn't be happier with the service she has always given us. She is always professional, thoughtful, caring and friendly and clearly takes great pride in her work, always having the best interests of her patients in mind. We all know we are VERY lucky to have her as our dentist. 10/10!

I see the dentist and hygienist regularly at this practice. The service is always first class, the hygienist especially. I know not everyone wants to see the hygienist but I really believe my attendance has improved my 1960’s, school dentist treated teeth no end. I hope to end my days with my teeth firmly in my head, unlike my parents!

With me you actually score much more; A+ at least! Visiting Dorchester for one week from Estepona, Costa del Sol, I started developing more problems with an existing condition, which was sorted excellently by you with two appointments within 18 hours. The first one only a couple of hours after phoning you! The willingness to fit me in at short notice, the friendliness of all staff and above all the professionalism of the dentistry set a benchmark higher than anything previously experienced round the world, including USA and Singapore, where I have also lived. And the fee for private work was very reasonable indeed. I've decided to make you my regular dentists. Definitely worth the air fare!

Been going here for years and always happy with the service. Usually have Dariusz and he's always great. Went again recently with a tooth problem and saw Mariusz who identified and sorted it quickly.

Following on from L's experience below...I totally understand his experience with the reception staff and the owners. My wife (who is a medical professional) was entitled to NHS status as she is currently 6 months pregnant. She tried to get an appointment along with my 3 year son, having been patients there for the past few years.The receptionist said she would consult the dentist and get back to her. She didn't. So my wife called again to follow up. This receptionist couldn't wait to get her off the phone as my wife was midway through a question ... interrupting that she'll call back with the dentists answer by close of play. Again she didn't.So disappointed at the way my family's (temporary) NHS status seemed to affect how they were treated.

My friend just had a review he wrote about this dental practice deleted by Google !!!Seems the owners weren't happy with the content and have successfully got it removed.Makes you wonder how many other reviews have been deleted about them. However, it doesn't change the facts ... they treat NHS patients appallingly whether you're a pregnant woman, a child or permanently entitled to free dental!!!

I had Botox treatment 7 days ago and have started seeing the results after 3 days and couldn't be happier. My Forehead, Frown Lines, and Crows Feet have diminished significantly making my skin look flawless. The Botox experience was very quick and painless. I will definitely be returning back to Princes Street Dental Care.

I had a filling done here by Dr Aneta on one of my front teeth. She was really friendly and talked me through everything. The filling was done extremely well and blends in with my tooth so nicely that you can't see it at all! Very professional approach. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have been going to Jane for a good number of years now and we could not recommend a better caring dentist . She always explains any procedures and treatments in a very professional manner.The receptionists will always greet you with a nice smile and will put their selfs out to accommodate your future appointments.We will all recommend this dental surgery to others. Well done team and thank you .

Shocking experience. Turned up for my appointment and was told it was the previous day. I had taken time off work and driven a 20 mile round trip. The young lady on reception said she would reschedule the appointment which I said was fine. She was booking me in when the senior receptionist looked over and said there’s a red mark against me so therefore I will not be able to rebook as Aneta the boss has decided I can’t come there. My 8 year old daughter was excited to see the dentist and she was in tears on the way home as she is having a problem with her tooth and desperately wanted to see a dentist. I am absolutely disgusted the way myself and my daughter have been treated as second class citizens, I noticed it was asked whether I was a private customer before the you can’t have another appointment gem came out! Thanks Aneta for deciding an 8 year old isnt entitled to dental care. I shall be making an official complaint about this practice.

Excellent dental practice with extremely nice staff. Always explain what they're doing and why. They don't drill and fill etc unless absolutely necessary (unlike some others I've had the misfortune of being with) and do their utmost to help at all times. Most of my family has a fear of dentists but they've always been at ease when going to see them. If they are accepting new patients, I highly recommend this practice.

Jane is simply one of the best dentists in the country (I've been through quite a few). She is like an artist when it comes to the fiddly stuff & a craftes(wo)man when she has to get the toolkit out. I really appreciated how considerate she was when employing the syringe for anesthetic's (unlike some butchers I encountered). I cannot recommend her highly enough

Cannot recommend this practice enough! I've always had a massive dental phobia but everyone here are very kind, patient and understanding.
